MyCreds™
Université Sainte-Anne has joined the Canadian digital platform MyCreds™ to issue certain official documents electronically. It is a simple and user-friendly tool through which you can obtain your transcripts and send them to third parties (educational institutions, employers, government offices, etc.).
All documents shared through MyCreds™ are considered to come directly from Université Sainte-Anne.
The MyCreds™ platform belongs to the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC). Through this platform you can access your official transcript in digital format in a virtual portfolio, once your request has been submitted and processed by Université Sainte-Anne’s registrar’s office.
Making a payment in MyCreds™
This platform is free and secure to use. However, to transmit an electronic version of your transcript to a third party (like another educational institution or an employer), you must purchase share credits in your MyCreds™ account. A $10 fee applies each time you share a document.
For the electronic version of a transcript or an attestation of studies, the idea is not to pay for the document, but for the number of times you send it.
For example, if you apply for admission to a graduate program at another university and, at the same time, an employer asks you for proof that you have earned a degree, you will need a transcript for both situations. You will therefore need to purchase two shares.
The MyCreds™ platform allows you to view the number of shares purchased and used. You can add shares to your account at any time. It is not necessary to purchase a share to view your documents.
Obtaining your official transcript through the MyCreds™ platform
Fill out the Transcript Request form. Indicate that you wish to obtain your transcript in digital format through the MyCreds™ platform.
Once your transcript has been issued by the registrar’s office, you will receive an email from MyCreds™ inviting you to sign in to your MyCreds™ account.
Access your transcript and share it if you wish.
If you are currently a student, you can obtain a free unofficial transcript through the Omnivox platform.
You can request a transcript translated into English for an additional fee.
It is still possible to request a printed copy of your transcript (only if the recipient accepts only paper transcripts) by using the Transcript Request form.
Sharing your official transcript
You can share the document with whomever you wish through the MyCreds™ platform.
Université Sainte-Anne will not send your transcript. You must access the MyCreds™ platform to share your transcript with the intended recipients.
To be considered official, the transcript must be viewed directly on the MyCreds™ platform. Here’s how to share your transcript with a postsecondary institution (admissions, bursaries, etc.), an employer, or anyone else.
